These terms govern your access to and use of batchreel.com and any related services operated by BatchReel ("BatchReel," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
BatchReel is a video crossposting and scheduling service currently in development. We do not yet offer a finished product. The site is available so people can learn about the service and request early access. Features, pricing, and availability may change before launch.
When you submit your email through the waitlist form, you are asking us to contact you about BatchReel as it becomes available. We will use that email only to send you product updates and launch communications. You may ask to be removed at any time by replying to any of our emails or by emailing the address in section 12.
You may use the site only if you can form a binding contract with BatchReel under applicable law. By using the site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that your use of the site does not violate any law that applies to you.

When BatchReel launches publishing features, the service will post videos on your behalf to platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Reddit, and LinkedIn. You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service, community guidelines, and content policies. BatchReel acts as a facilitator. We are not responsible for content you choose to publish, or for actions taken by any platform against your account.
The site, including its design, code, copy, logos, and all related materials, is owned by BatchReel or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or use any part of the site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BatchReel and its founders, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, including removal from the waitlist, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
