One upload. Every platform.
BatchReel is a video scheduling tool for creators. Upload a video once, choose which of your connected accounts to post it to, set a schedule, and BatchReel publishes it for you automatically — across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
How BatchReel works
Securely link the platforms you publish to
You connect each account using that platform's own official login (OAuth). You stay in control, only grant permission to publish on your behalf, and can disconnect any account at any time.
Add your video a single time
Upload one video and write your caption or title. No reformatting and no re-uploading the same clip to each platform separately.
Pick the platforms and the times
Choose which connected accounts to post to and when. BatchReel publishes each video automatically at the time you scheduled.
What data BatchReel accesses, and why
BatchReel only requests the access it needs to publish the content you schedule. We never sell your data, show ads, or use your account access for anything other than the actions you ask BatchReel to perform.
- YouTube (Google): When you connect a YouTube channel, BatchReel uses Google's official sign-in to request permission to upload videos to your channel and to read your channel's basic information (its name and thumbnail) so we can show you which account is connected. We use this access solely to publish the videos you schedule. We do not read, download, or analyze your existing videos.
- Other platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Reddit, LinkedIn): We request only the publishing and basic-profile permissions each platform requires to post on your behalf and to display which account is linked.
You can revoke BatchReel's access at any time — from the connections page inside BatchReel, from your settings on each platform, or, for Google, from your Google Account permissions page. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
BatchReel's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
